Actually, I wasn't even thinking of Joe, who sometimes is a starter. He doesn't fit the usual idea of a sixth man, which is instant offense off the bench like like Lou Williams or Jamal Crawford

I agree that Joe is better overall player but I do think Jordan fits better as a 6th man. Joe could very well be a starter, you can't say that really about Jordan. Joe is great because he makes people around him better but he also shows his qualities best when surrounded with good players. He needs a rolling big man to play with, when he was playing with Ed he wasnt so impactful of the bench. Jordan also seems to get instantely into the rythm, be a spark when you need a bucket.

When it comes to the award that typically goes to guys like lou williams and jamaal crawford I think I will go with the better scorer and more ball hoggish player to win the award.

To be honest Clarkson embodies the 6th man role he is a spark plug off the bench and gives us the lift we need. Ingles is our glue. Glue is boring but is a necessity.

Through two games I would say clarkson has been the better scorer and better player overall. Clarksons defense so far this year has been pretty darn good
