Secondly, I'm not over the rivalry and never claimed to be. I'm super pissed off still that Hill canceled the rivalry game. I hate what's happened to college football. I hate the direction it's going. It's becoming the NFL.

And remember, winning on a hail Mary like that probably won't happen for a long long long time. Very rare. I think it's okay to be over excited after that type of win. Especially when byu has not had allot to be excited about in a while

For sure get excited just seems weird of Bronco. Bronco's supposed to shake the other coaches hand his team is supposed to run around like a bunch of out of control college kids. If Bronco thinks BYU is P5 he should act like they belong. He shouldn't act like he won the lottery every time he beats a P5 team. Jus sayin

I go long stints without hating BYU but every so often I find myself in or around Provo, then I'm like "Ohh yeah, I really really really hate BYU."

Every time he beats a P5 team?

So are you saying that the Nebraska win was just another run of the mill, meh, normal P5 victory?

You can't see that yesterday's win might have been a little different/special than other wins?

Next time there is a last second hail Mary win of that nature let's see if the coach of the winning team and players walk calmly to the opposition and shake their hands with very little celebration.

I have a feeling that even Alabama, Florida, usc, Ohio state, etc would get a little excited after a win of that nature


Do you remember that time when Gordon Hayward hit a buzzer beater game winner against Cleland last year? That was one of 82 regular season games that didn't matter at all (the jazz were a lottery team going nowhere) and I seem to recall the whole team mobbing Hayward and going crazy. Those were grown men rather than college kids and nba buzzer beater happen way more often than hail Mary td passes on the last second.

I find it strange that you can't see that and I have to point this stuff out to you.
Yesterday's win was a HUGE win for byu on a very rare, spectacular finish. I bet sportcenter even mentioned that play a few times

BYU had a 10 pt lead for most of the contest and should've gone up by 17 if Brown doesn't drop an easy swing pass.

I don't know what game you watched. Did you even watch it?

But BYU outplayed them in every facet of the game except for the score. It was a travesty that Byu even had to win on a hail Joseph Smith.

I guess facts don't matter to you and your ilk.

I seem to remember Utah fans crying the blues after Wash St dumped them last year at Rice. Despite Utah outplaying them and being in control of the game they missed out on opportunities to put The Pirate away and lost the game. Was Wash St a better team than Utah last year? Nope. Clearly Byu was the better team. Unfortunately, an easy drop from Drez (which I guess wasn't that easy since he dropped balls all the time) or a drop from a sure handed RB like Brown can really turn the game.
