Welcome to Colton's 2015 Mock Draft Compilation, v. 3.0. This will be my final compilation for this season. 19 mock drafts used! Here are who the mock drafts are listing as the "best players". 3 D'Angelo Russell
4 Kristaps Porzingis
5 Emmanuel Mudiay

60 Guillem Vives
Misc observations:
1. 16 of the 19 mocks have Towns going #1, the rest have Okafor going #1. I would be shocked if Towns didn't go #1.
2. Myles Turner is in the #12 slot (same as last compilation). Other likely available players include Lyles, Payne, and Oubre, So one of those could be the most likely for the Jazz right now.
3. Kaminsky is actually the most popular choice for the Jazz in various mocks. Even though he is slotted to go at #11 in this compilation, many have him still available at #12. 6 different mocks have the Jazz picking him at #12. (10 of the 19 mocks have him available at #12.)
4. Stanley Johnson is the next most popular choice for the Jazz. Even though he is slotted to go at #9 in this compilation, 5 mocks have him still available at #12 and of those 5 mocks, 4 have the Jazz picking him.
5. Myles Turner is the third most popular choice for the Jazz at #12, with 11 mocks having him available there and 3 mocks having the Jazz picking him.
6. The highest rated player that any draft has going at #12 is Willie Cawley-Stein
(and they have the Jazz picking him). Seems very unlikely that he'd be there, though.
7. Here are all of the players the various mocks have the Jazz selecting at #12, with number of mocks shown next to the player:
Willie Cawley-Stein 1
Stanley Johnson 4
Devin Booker 1
Frank Kaminsky 6
Myles Turner 3
Trey Lyles 2
Bobby Portis 1
Kevin Looney 1
8. Here are all of the players the various mocks have the Jazz selecting at #42, with number of mocks shown next to the player (the total number is 11 because only 11 mocks gave the second round):
Anthony Brown 1
Arturas Gudaitis 1
Joseph Young 2
Mouhammedou Jaiteh 3
Andrew Harrison 1
J.P. Tokoto 2
Brandon Dawson 1
9. Here are all of the players the various mocks have the Jazz selecting at #55, with number of mocks shown next to the player (the total number is 11 because only 11 mocks gave the second round):
Anthony Brown 1
Norman Powell 2
Arturas Gudaitis 1
Tyler Harvey 1
Vince Hunter 1
Larry Nance 1
Alan Williams 1
Shawn Dawson 1
Nikola Radicevic 1
Darrun Hilliard 1
10. Hezonja, Payne, and Oubre win the wild card awards, with their projections being anywhere from 6 to 22, 9 to 21, and 10 to 25, respectively. (I mainly discount Hezonja from this award, though, since his was the result of a single mock having him really low rated.)
11. There are only 20 players that ALL of the mocks have going in the first round. Those are these guys:
Karl Anthony Towns
Jahlil Okafor
D'Angelo Russell
Kristaps Porzingis
Emmanuel Mudiay
Justise Winslow
Willie Cawley-Stein
Mario Hezonja
Stanley Johnson
Devin Booker
Frank Kaminsky
Myles Turner
Trey Lyles
Cameron Payne
Kelly Oubre
Sam Dekker
Bobby Portis
Jerian Grant
Rondae Hollis-Jefferson
Justin Anderson
The remaining 10 picks of the first round seem pretty up for grabs.

Ranking details: I used the following mock drafts as "voters" for the best players. That is, I assumed they ranked the players in the order that they felt like the players deserved to be drafted. (This is an incorrect assumption, because some mock drafts account for perceived team need, but it should be close.) Then I used the "instant run-off voting" algorithm in a program I wrote to deduce who deserved to be ranked in the top spot, then in the second spot, then in the third spot, and so forth. See here for details on that algorithm: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instant-runoff_voting
