Welcome to Colton's Mock Draft Compilation, v. 12.0. Here are who the mock drafts are listing as the "best players". See below for details. It should give a pretty good idea of who will be available when the Jazz pick.

Ranking details: I used the following mock drafts as "voters" for the best players. That is, I assumed they ranked the players in the order that they felt like the players deserved to be drafted. (This is an incorrect assumption, because some mock drafts account for perceived team need, but it should be close.) Then I used the "instant run-off voting" algorithm in a program I wrote to deduce who deserved to be ranked in the top spot, then in the second spot, then in the third spot, and so forth. See here for details on that algorithm: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Instant-runoff_voting

Changes from v 11.0: I dropped 4 that hadn't been updated in a while. EIGHT of the ones I used this time had been updated since my last compilation.

Of note: Half of the ones that have been updated in the last 3 days now have us picking Kanter. My prediction is that in my next compilation Kanter will be back in the #3 slot.

Also of note: several mock drafts now actually have Walker being picked before Knight. I was surprised by that.

I'll be out of town for several days, so my next update won't come until next Saturday or Sunday.

Oh, and to continue on the UHF tradition...

"What do you think R.J. Fletcher Senior would be saying if he were alive today?"

"Help, let me out of this box, I can't breathe in here!"

:-)

Change, mister? Ya got change?

""Broads don't belong in broadcasting"? Is that the kind of professional courtesy you teach your news department?"

"Why, that's a terrible thing. I don't know how many time I've told those boys, never call chicks broads."

I think in spite of the rhetoric on jazzfanz, the following is a pretty fitting description of our collective knowledge of the draft prospects.

Nice.
I was looking for "Nothing! Absolutely nothing!" but that made me laugh so it'll have to be twine. Spaz, I owe you some twine. Where do you buy twine?
