Yeah man... giving up a foot of height against a great offensive rebounding team that starts really big is super duper smart... especially if you can solve a problem that doesn't exist.
This is really comical.

There is this thing called diminishing returns.
It is easier to stagger minutes if you start staggered. Having Mike come in and play the first 4-6 minutes then pulling him out benefits us how? How fresh is DM going to be when he checks Murray for the first 4-6 minutes because Mike is too small.
"How well a player shoots is the only thing that matters in basketball." something seriously said on JFC"Jazz scored well for two games that means they have no problem whatsoever with scoring and dont need to maximize their shooting talent in their lineups that feature Gobert and Mitchell" - something seriously said by a person on JFC.
Yes, because Conley only offers shooting..."How well a player shoots is the only thing that matters in basketball." something seriously said on JFC
Wake me up when Mike Conley’s career stats have any relevance to his actual impact on a game while wearing a Jazz uniform. I’ve waited too long.Jazz defense could be better with Conley. He can roam off Craig. He can cause disruption. He gives someone who can stay attached to Murray on the perimeter if they need him to guard him. He's a guy who has a career 3.6 BPM in playoff games.
Conley can switch off of Torey Craig to double wherever he needs to.
Conley--> Craig
Mitchell--> Porter
Royce --> Murray
Ingles --> Millsap
Gobert --> Jokic
Jazz opened with this against Denver 10 days ago and won the 1st quarter 29-15. Make Denver beat this lineup, then adjust if you have to.
That's 4 shooters playing off of Rudy screens, and 3 guys who can create with Rudy in pick-and-roll. One of those guys is Mitchell, who is averaging 44 ppg in the series.
Whispers... Quin told us so when he made the move... it is even more obvious in this matchup.It's obvious that Conley should come off the bench and should have all session
