I don't know what part you're saying never happened. I mean the stabbing in the throat part is more or less the only part of that that hasn't happened to me multiple times. I look and dress in a way that conservatives seem to think means I'm "on their team" and they do just like BabyPeterzz said they do, they say openly racist or anti-LQBT things and they are sure to be looking at my face when they do because they want the confirmation that I'm on board. When I don't give it to them our relationship often shifts.
This is not uncommon.
To be MAGA means that you're ok being on the same team with the racists. It doesn't necessarily mean you feel the same way, but it does mean you find that to be a tolerable quality of your compatriots.

Yes, I'm sure that were you live throat stabbings are a daily occurrence. Crime statistics are public records. Please post your local crime statistics showing all the throat stabbings because I'm calling BS.

I doubt that unreported threats of throat stabbings are part of statistical public records.

It was her birthday and she was drunk. I was trying to calmly explain why I didn’t want to talk politics and she yelled, “ You liberals are all the same. Trying to be nice! ********!”. So I walked away. Saw her inside afterward. I should’ve left it alone, I don’t know this person. But it was her birthday, and she was obviously pissed off. I apologized and walked off. As I did she says very loud to her friends so I can hear it, “I’m gonna stab him in the ****ing throat!”.
Nothing happened, no weapon drawn, but it was kinda terrifying. It’s always all talk with these people. They’re just angry and tired of being grifted and lied to. A polite liberal makes them glitch too. We’re supposed to be vile communist demons.
Naw, we’re just woke.

Yup. Same here. I work with various community leaders and developers. This happened while we were golfing this summer. Dude dropped the N bomb staring at me. I stopped the cart, looked him in the eyes, and told him to never say that word around me ever again. He was embarrassed. Dude where’s pride bracelets and says he’s woke all the time. We haven’t played golf since.
It happened with a tattoo artist I’ve known since I was a kid. Same thing happened, said the same thing. He apologized and we’re cool. Don’t hang out with the guy ever, so whatever.
Again, these people lurk among you. They use dog whistles to check if they’re safe to say all the insecure racist garbage they say with their friends and family. Old American racism now out in the open. Again.

Note, these kids are pretty conservative and anti-trans from what I’ve seen in other videos. These are the young black voters giving Trump and the GOP a very serious look.

Now here’s the unedited interview. Notice how they edit the original and some very key data they leave out. Sorry FB is the only place this exists without reaction commentators. Notice it’s from 2021, right after BLM 2020. DEI blew up for all employers that year. Also note, he mentions all employees, not just pilots and C-suite.

So here’s where we put our thinking caps on. Why did they edit out the diversity data they discussed? Doesn’t fit the narrative right? Both sides do this. But why dig up this old clip and comment 3 years after the fact? Because he wants to blame and justify why he thinks white pilots are better than black pilots. He’s not saying that, but dances as close as he can get. It’s liberals fault I have racist thoughts. No Charlie, you let racist thoughts control your world view and you need to blame it on others to justify it. He’s a victim. We all are! Just sad misunderstood victims. No, you’re just dumb.
Anyone who’s involved in hiring and training employees knows no one is picking under repped people who are not qualified. Period. If they do they just get fired or leave eventually. Like all other bad hires.
At my job, we need a diverse staff to do the work we do. Since I work with the general public, you need cultural expertise in order to work with some communities. Many don’t trust the government, white people, and authority in general. And unlike Charlie Kirk, they have good reason not to trust these people. They’ve been burned over and over again. We can’t serve the whole community if we don’t understand how to work with them. I’m a white dude, many people don’t want to talk or trust me, I have to develop a deeper relationship with each person. It’s tough, it takes time, and I’m not the one they want to work with. I don’t blame them and don’t take offense. I get it. My colleagues who speak Spanish or are South American, African, etc have the skills to work immediately with these communities. We need these skills and cultural knowledge to serve the whole community effectively and efficiently.
I work great with the rich white guys. It really kinda sucks, but it’s the job. Most of the older city power players are old, white LDS dudes who ignore my female, Latina boss and seriously talk to me when they answer her questions. It’s so gross. But hey, we need to address their issues just like everyone else. And they’ll only talk to me because I’m a white male. This is not just an anecdote. I’ve been doing this and working with these people for 13 years in Utah. This is how power is structured in Utah.

If you are in an environment where that amount of disrepect is being shown to your Latina boss, why don't you call people out on it?
If we pussyfoot around these issues nothing will ever change.
I can’t because I’m usually with elected officials, I’m just staff. These are the people who pull the levers of power and I could lose my job and put my bosses job in jeopardy.
I definitely show dissatisfaction, but it’s not my job to police peoples behavior unless my boss tells me to. She told me not to react.
