Could Exum and Smart co-exist with Trey Burke?

Could they co-exist with Trey as a 2 guard?

Cutino Mobley and Stevie Franchise take two.

Oh joy!

One project and one who might be Tony Allen someday. That will for sure save us from the lottery next year!

I thought we were trying to avoid a culture of losing?

Burke and Exum could start, and Exum could play PG when Burks comes in.

Exum can shoot, and he'll get better at it. I wouldn't worry about that.

I said numerous times that Exum will be a bust and you can serve me some crow down the road if he won't. I wish Jazz stay away from him as far as possible. He is typical overrated kid due to inflated stats vs inferior competition and will be overwhelmed/dominated by superior competition in NBA. He should go to NCAA at least for a year before going to NBA.

How do we know that he can shoot? Because he looks ok in some crappy foreign league? Buyer beware. He might end up being fantastic. But the bust potential is high. And I am worried about the lack of competition he's facing.

If we want him then be prepared to be stuck in the lottery for a few more years. Just like the bucks and Greek Durant. Greek Durant will be a fine player... In 3 years.

To me, Exum reminds me of German Tony Parker. Folks here were hyping up Shroeder like he was D rose or something. Yet, does he even start for the Hawks? Is he even any good?

Difficult to assess these foreigners.

I'd play it safe and pick Smart!
Foreign players are way too unpredictable.
remember "Mouhamed Saer Sene" ..

Smart's only question is his shot. He can attack the basket with ease and he can guard most SGs due to his length. Also, his shot does have a high-release which is good. I'm not worried about his defense. I am worried about having a SG who can't hit the three.

And to Smart's defense, he played with piss-poor bigs on OS. If he had better bigs, he would have more assists.

I think Smart's a good player to have - he'd certainly be the toughest player on the Jazz.

Though I still dream of Parker or AW.
