Current NBA players fantasy draft to get us through these coronavirus days

Your bench is lacking in offense.
Not as much as you think. These are generally all reserves, besides Ball, and playing reserve minutes. With heavier minutes and responsibility all of them will up their output, but that really isn't needed. How many teams in the NBA have a 20 pt scorer off the bench?

I really just need a group that can hold their own for 5 minutes at at time, and all are plus defenders (or even) and all can score. I have solid facilitation as well, and tough perimeter D. I also have 3 pt shooting across the board and solid rebounding. They aren't going to win games alone, but they provide a rest for the big guns and some real matchup problems with a mix-and-match possibility.

Picture Baynes/Davis/Warren/Brooks/Curry with a 3 pt threat at every spot, scorers at every spot, elite D at 3 of the 5, and passable D at the other 2, and 5 players that must all be respected on the offensive end. Curry and Davis will have a field day with these possibilities. I can do the same thing for tighter D, or run and gun, the options are endless. Best of all, all of these are great role-players who will have no problem playing to highlight and support the stars.

I am not saying this is the best team in the whole thing, that is for the fickle fans and faulty simulators to decide, but imo this team is a tough out for anyone.

It's my first house and I had a second mortgage in order to not have to put anything down.
My interest rate on the first mortgage was 5.625% and 7.625% on the second so I'm saving about $350/month with the refi. I had a higher rate on both so I didn't have PMI.
I refinanced twice and put a pretty decent sum down each time. Started out at 4.25 and 1280 per month then got down to 3.75 and 900 something per month and now I'm down to 3.2 and a little under 800 per month.

Dammnnnnn, I'm jealous of that for sure. I'm at 3.35 and $2,100 a month. We definitely bought near the peak though. Which is not ideal.

awesome bro! Didn’t see this before. Homeownership is a great effing feeling.

This is the house I’m waiting to go on the market. Praying it does in 2-3 years. We have about 300K in equity in ours and the little two will be out of daycare basically by then. Has a pool and pool house with good sized yard in back.

I wrote the owners a letter a year asking them to please call me before they list it should they ever want. It was more eloquent than that but you get the point.

Thanks brotha. It definitely is, can be stressful as **** sometimes too lol.

no doubt. They’re money pits. We’ve put over 100k into ours since we bought it. We knew we’d have to or want to when we bought but we rewired the whole house and put in a new panel, redid 2.5 baths in full, redid our kitchen, got a new roof, got about 1,100 sqft of sexy stamped concrete for the front porch, sidewalk around back and big back patio, and spent some on landscaping.

Beautiful home. In the past I would have said F that yard, but I've gotten very into yardwork over the past few years. Feels good to get out there and make your yard your bitch.
