holy ****. could you have afforded a 10-15 year mortgage?
Probably, but this allows my girlfriend to stay home with our 4-month old. If we wanted to take her to daycare or a baby sitter and have my girlfriend work we could afford a 15 year mortgage.

I believe these are picks 140, 141, and 142Can someone tell me who I need to update on page 1 in order? Don’t feel like reading the last few pages.

would you consider doing an all time draft after this? Can someone tell me who I need to update on page 1 in order? Don’t feel like reading the last few pages.

Ohhhhh hell yes!!!!!!Yes. I’ve always really wanted to do an all-time NFL Draft.
What if I’m also happy with my team?I am pretty happy with my team so far. Would have liked to upgrade in a few spots but overall I think this is pretty competitive with the top teams.
Curry – Ball
Green – Brooks
Warren - Nance
Millsap -
Davis - Baynes

Um, they are not mutually exclusive. If you are happy with your team then I am happy for you bro. What if I’m also happy with my team?
Nice, I'm holding out for 3.5 but they spiked above 4 last week. Looks like they have dropped this week.
Not as much as you think. These are generally all reserves, besides Ball, and playing reserve minutes. With heavier minutes and responsibility all of them will up their output, but that really isn't needed. How many teams in the NBA have a 20 pt scorer off the bench?Your bench is lacking in offense.
I refinanced twice and put a pretty decent sum down each time. Started out at 4.25 and 1280 per month then got down to 3.75 and 900 something per month and now I'm down to 3.2 and a little under 800 per month. It's my first house and I had a second mortgage in order to not have to put anything down.
My interest rate on the first mortgage was 5.625% and 7.625% on the second so I'm saving about $350/month with the refi. I had a higher rate on both so I didn't have PMI.

This draft has saved what little sanity I have left.
If this were the nba that would be fine, but in this draft there are guys that normally start on the bench in this. How many teams in the NBA have a 20 pt scorer off the bench?
Come over here and I’ll rearrange your face to the back of your head...... ya, you might have a point.i wouldn’t be so sure about that mate
Congrats, nice move! It's my first house and I had a second mortgage in order to not have to put anything down.
