Dante has been out forever because he ded

Well this last stretch of games was meant to be tough, and we’ve passed with flying colours,

The wolves can beat anybody on their day, and we made sure that didn’t happen.

This difficult stretch is a success already, and if we beat the blazers it is the cherry on top.

Wolves with their point guards
 
Insanely small sample size but in 14 minutes the lineup of Rubio/Korver/Ingles/Crowder/Favors has managed a 103.1 ORTG. In 13 minutes that same lineup with Mitchell in for Rubio is at a 106.9 ORTG. That same lineup with Exum in is at 117.1 in 48 minutes, so that bench unit does seem to miss Exum on the offensive end to a degree.

There's something about Dante's ability to get to the paint at will in that lineup that really makes everything else click, so it's fun to think about how much better the Jazz' 2nd unit could be and how much better the team can still get with him and Thabo still to come back. Only downside is that Rubio probably sees more time with Favors/Gobert which hasn't been a great trio together compared to alternate options where one of Favs or Rubio are replaced with Crowder or Korver.

The combination of exum with favors or gobert is so good. No one on the jazz plays better with the centre like Dante does
 
Watched John Stockton badly turn his ankle near halftime of a game almost at the end of his career. On replay it looked terrible, two guys had to armchair carry him to the locker room. I wondered if that might end his career then and there. Then he started the second half and completed his normal minutes. Tough dude.
