AS far as legally it is my understanding that he is the same race as his mother. I am not 100% on that though.

But in reality it is immaterial to his BBall ability.

My gut feeling was to stay away from him in the draft as I never bought that hype about him. Long lanky guards PG's just never work long term and are prone to injuries - look at both he was compared to pre draft ( Livingston and Hardaway ) - their both careers were cut short by devastating injuries. Even the way he was moving( running, jumping etc) was just awkward and not graceful/fluid. Hope he might prove me wrong but so far he seems like a wasted pick to me.
