From what I've seen, Amundson would be by far the best option. Don't understand why the Jazz don't go after him and shed Gaines and Jeffers in the process to get enough to pay him.

I like him too. The only problem is he is only 6'9".

I have to agree. Dampier may be really lazy, but he has size and has shown that he has talent at least in contract years.

I asked Locke about Mikki Moore and he said that Mikki was in the running, he had just forgot to include him on the post. He knows the system, would come cheap, and is a vast improvement over Collins.

Besides, he WANTS to play for the Jazz again.

yeah it was just a two pointer with Collins but it was off balance and did beat the buzzer. I remember D-Will just laughing. I honestly thought it was a three but found it in his one highlight film on youtube and it is a 2.

I would like Mbenga. If not him, Thomas. If not him, Moore. Any three of those can contribute to some degree. Nesterovic is falling apart, and Collins sucks. I would rather sign a D-League scrub like Earl Barron than Collins...

Yes, we need a center not a power forward. Dampier still under contract with Charlotte. We are probably looking for 2 million and under to fill the backup C spot. Once he is released dont think he would come to Utah for that. Therefore, best option is the formidable Fes right?
