The Pistons are 10pt favorites. This game may be lots of things, but 50/50 it certainly is not.

DET is the #2 defense. They don’t have the most amazing defensive personnel, but their strategy works. They allow the highest free throw rate in the league but are top 3 in defensive eFG and TOV. “They can’t call everything!”. Jerry Sloan defense is back. OKC does the same thing….they just don’t called for fouls as much lol.

We played the pistons on november 5th this season in Detroit.
We were up by 2 at halftime in that game. Ended up losing by 9. We played them pretty close in Detroit and this was before Ace Bailey became an nba player (at that point in the season Ace had not reach double figures in scoring yet and was averaging about 5 points per game) Cade cunningham had 31 points that game

I get the desire to tank. I understand it.

But I feel like you're missing the plot when you get to the point where you also want these dudes to be psychologically beaten down.
