Ethically speaking the Jazz don't deserve a top 4 pick.

We have two stars (Lauri/Key), a potentially elite defensive center who may also be a shooter (Kessler), a potential star in Ace, and max cap-space next season. Not to mention decent rookie contract pieces who may or may not develop further in Collier/Flip/Brice/Clayton/Hendricks.

Jazz should still try to keep their top 8 pick
It does not have to be in top 4
The #8 pick could still be very good

Enjoy the games and pray for a miracle with the pick. The big two just scored 61 on Pistons and 57 on Spurs while some other young guys contributing as well. Both of Lauri and Key has to consider of having a chance for ASG game, at least from the reserve spots, if there's injuries. So you can't sit them out much. Just enjoy their games bc fans can't make decisions.

Ethically speaking, the Spurs don’t deserve an 8 foot center with guard skills and OKC certainly doesn’t deserve two lottery picks in the very strong upcoming draft.

Yeah but who deserves a pick more? The Thunder who is on pace to win 70 games or us? we are also the least liked destination for free agency, we got screwed over last year when the Mavs got Coop, and we don’t know how walker will recover from his injury and he’s more than half of our defense alone. Without an elite defense or at least top 10 defense you cant be a contender so who can fill that role on our team rn?

We're back to being a crapshoot team. Will be win, maybe? Will we get blown out, maybe? Make the playoffs, maybe? Trade everyone away in February, maybe?

Tony was pretty clear on the Jazz’s strategy, but maybe Adam Silver’s little hissy fit changed things.

GREAT? Greatness probably actually does rely on the 2026 draft being a home run. This team looks like it could be nice (top-6 seed) for a little while once it hits its stride.

I’d like to try something beyond what we’re already well-accustomed to, especially since the Jazz will not be tanking next year or following years (unless something crazy happens).
