Gameface has 7 squares and 6 rep and you have 3 squares and 5 rep. Did you get the admin rep power boost too?

Rep power depends on #posts and #days you've been registered in addition to what your reputation is.

(Except not for administrators. It's a flat 8 for us.)

This has been explained elsewhere as well. Now we know that the little green squares have a definite formula. Rep power much more arbitrary. It is calculated based on several variables that Jason and Colton can fu....uh, mess with. So every now and then Colton adjusts those variables to pull everyone else down below the arbitrary "8" of the Admins. The Admin rep power is set by typing in a number. And the formula, as it changes, effects people differently. Trout and I have gone back and forth ahead of each other. With one iteration, I had more rep power, with this iteration Trout does, even though I have more rep overall.
