He said he thinks we have a solid team that needs some help along the frontline. He indicates that he think Millsap can fill in well for Boozer. He indicates that he has good expectations for Honzward. He says he's bein patient. I added this as an "edit" to my last post, so you may have missed it:

Are you really KOC's brother? Did you miss the part about him being frustrated about losing key guys? How one part of the reason he is going to miss world championships is health, but especially because he is going to have to have a higher work load next year with all the guys we lost. Stop sugar coating everything to make you lil brother look good. Deron is clearly not happy with what's going on with free agency up till now, unlike your original statement. No, he is not panicking. As long as Deron does the job he's paid to do I don't care if he's happy or not. He needs to be the #1 point guard next year and he'll get a really nice payday when he's up for his next contract, from the Jazz or some other team, but he'll get his payday.
