Derrick Favors: I'm playing on one leg

You know what? Who gives a **** what a bunch of Jazz fans think. I would shut him down and put his health above anything else. I don't care if it's a chronic problem, either. His career is more important than ****ing fanaticism.

True dat. The old school run some dirt on it and toughen up is the attitude that leads to the negative thinking. Guys are so much faster, stronger, and more skilled now that if you aren't at your peak physically it is much more apparent. Especially a guy like favors that relies on his athleticism for production.

I have no questions about his heart or will... just his health and how he fits with the squad long term.

I don't think that there is any question that Derrick Favors is talented. But there is a question towards his conditioning. He came back from his injury out of shape, out of breath and without energy. We need a healthy and motivated Favors headed into the playoffs.
