I need a small favour from someone in Turkey. I am trying to sign up for an account at Devlet Arşivleri Başkanlığı because I need to order some documents from there. Even though as I can sign up for an account as a Canadian, you can only have the activation code sent to a Turkish cell number, apparently. If we still got some Turks there, could someone help me out here?

Dude I've worked with conservatively 30 Turks, 3 of which I trust. None when you add alcohol to the mix. Good luck!
