Does Kanter show Jazz made mistake in these playoffs ......

None of this has anything to do with the fact that he sucked on the defensive end of the court in a historic way. Could we have gotten more for him? Sure, except he and his agent were douches who hurt that chance and perhaps many other teams simply had no interest in overpaying for a one-dimensional player. Either way, as a GM, you're not going to win every move. DL's won most.

Different coaches, different systems, maturity, etc..

Truth is Enes is better than we want to believe but he wanted out, through his hissy, and got his way.

Kanter is a good player but he is in the perfect role for him. Make no mistake his excellent play has a lot to do with playing next to Westbrook and Durant. He just doesnt do what hes doing now with the Jazz. It was a good trade that benefitted both sides.

Everybody who posts here knows that too. Of the 470 NBA players ,the Jazz had 3 players finish in the 400's (400's being the worst)in defensive ratings (Burke,Burks ,and Kanter).Kanter never got to play with Exum and Gobert.

Kanter came in dead last in DRPM this season as well. Can't blame that on the Jazz.

So a healthy ,in their athletic prime Westbrook and Durant team are pushovers for San Antonio ,not even good enough to defend their home court.....Do you follow basketball

Not good enough to defend home court? What? They were 40-1 (maybe 39-2) at home this season. Do you follow basketball?

No are you a Dunce ? ......Westbrook and Durant are on OKC ,I didn't bring up Kawhi and Aldridge defending their homecourt

Wait, how does mentioning the 2014 Spurs (#3 defense) and 2015 Warriors (#1 defense) prove that defense no longer wins championships?

BTW Golden State only scored 107.3 points per 100 possessions in the NBA Finals, which was only a bit above league average. The reason they won is because they held Cleveland to just 99.6 points per 100 possesions - only the 76ers had a worse offensive output that year.

To credit their meh offensive performance over their Godly defensive performance in that Finals series would just be flat-out wrong.

You're just making sh!# up.

The Warriors eFG% was a pedestrian 50.3%, their 2P% was 43.6% (Lakers were 43.5%, 25th in NBA). How "extraordinary."

Warriors defense held Cavs to horrific 43.2% (lower than this year's Lakers at 46%, last in NBA).

Still waiting for tleikheen to address these posts.

Did anyone else laugh out loud when Kanter got hurt tonight? Kanter makes it so easy to root against OKC. As if Westbrook wasn't enough. The league gives that team more calls than a playboy playmate gets on prom night.

Kanter posts blow.

So Enes trying to upstage Curry now?

I'd forgotten how much drama surrounds Enes, such as how often he is injured and how long his injuries lasted.
