I’m being serious, how is this a good thing? Has anyone here stopped to think why all of these billionaires are investing in Trump? Because of tax cuts? Because he’s easily manipulated? Because they see him as a useful idiot?

Did you even read this? That article is dumb as **** and your point is ridiculous in the context of this article. Kamala is blowing through money like a crack addict with a gambling problem. She has spent and received way more than trump from billionaire donors.
Whoever wrote this article is incredibly stupid- he says

He (Trump) brought in only about one-third of the $321 million Vice President Kamala Harris raised from people giving less than $200 a pop, third-quarter filings with the FEC show.
One paragraph above this he says
compared to the $260 million his campaign has raised from small-dollar donors giving $200 or less

Is 260 million only 1/3 of 321 million??? I'm no math surgeon, but I think this morons numbers are off.

This article is dumb as hell. The writer is a ****ing moron and it doesn't do anything to support your idiotic premise. If anything it shows Kamala is using an incredible amount of campaign funds to run the most inefficient campaign in history and she doesn't have the slightest idea of where she should be spending her millions upon millions of dollars. Kamala's a drunk sailor with a BIG BIG pocket book.

After this election there really needs to be a reckoning with our justice department. We need an AG who’s angry and won’t drag his feet to pursue justice against these freak shows like Trump, Musk, etc. if they’ve broken the law by doing business with Russia, breaking FEC code, or were involved in Jan 6, they need to be put in prison. If Garland had pursued justice from
Day 1, I think a lot of this could’ve been avoided.

I'm not worried about hearing her cackling for the next 4 years. Unlike trump, she probably won't be everywhere anyone looks acting like an attention whore like trump.

What if she does really good things like maintain good economic policies, prevents republicans from repealing Obamacare, provides Ukraine with military aid to defeat Russia, and helps young people achieve home ownership? Like why does he laugh matter? Shouldn’t we be debating policies?

I’ll support the candidate who’ll maintain Obamacare, a service that lazy poor MAGAs take advantage of the most. Isn’t it funny that the laziest in our country who live off the government teet are the ones who bitch the most about the government?

You've got a lot to learn about othering. That's all that matters. You know, like lumping 40% of the country into a derogatory category, like "MAGA".

I do it to highlight the absurdity of what’s been the standard political dialogue for a number of years (it predates Trump). Remember Romney/Ryan “takers vs makers” or “job creators.” And we still see “real America” as ALWAYS being identified as the sweet innocent always victimized rural whites. Never ever ever is “real America” our beautiful cities full of diversity, innovation, and millions of hard working people. You know, the places where the majority of America’s population, GDP, and culture is found? Hopefully it causes us to think twice before we label “makers vs takers” or “welfare queens” or define what “real America” is. Btw, have you read a single piece in the last four years interviewing Biden voters in a cafe? Yet, how many pieces have we seen produced interviewing rural MAGAs? The double standard we have in this country to always paint rural whites/MAGA in favorable light really does our political dialogue a disservice.

I fully support the ACA despite me at this time not benefitting from it nearly as much as the working poor, the elderly, or the uninsured. We need to see past our own noses. We need to vote for those who seek to use their political positions to benefit the whole. And we really need to rethink how we describe “real America.”

It's kind of crazy but so many of the people I interact with express their complete disdain for cities.

Cities are what humans build. If we didn't value them they wouldn't exist. Yet it is what we do. Humans belong in cities the same way ants belong in an ant hill, or bees belong in a beehive. Cities are the essence of humanity.

I mean farms are cool too I guess.
