A gelding is a male that's been castrated.. which does not involve dick removal (except perhaps under unfortunate circumstances for the horse).

A mare is a female... and, again, I'll leave it at that.

I'm just curious, how do you turn over emails if they have been deleted?
If they are deleted then they no longer exist I thought.
 
Technically, isn't a mare a female that's given birth? Isn't there another name for female horses that have not yet bred? Filly perhaps?
 
Donald I think would prefer a filly to a mare. If he did buy an NBA team, that's probably what he'd choose to name it. Too bad Philadelphia already has the 76'ers!

Has nothing to do with birth.
In horse racing terms, a filly is a female 3years or younger while a mare older than 3 years.
