If you recognize that your closet is not clean enough then you are clearly not stupid enough.Revelation! I am both stupid enough and power hungry enough to run!
On the other hand, my closet isn't quite clean enough.

He's an awful politician. No charisma.
But he is smart as **** and CARES.
= no votes from a brain dead American public.
I saw Romney as a potential winner and I believe he would have made a good president, but when the campaign got dirty he chose to stay above the fray. That decision (which is entirely consistent with who I perceive him to be) destroyed him. Mitt's loss gave me less hope than ever that I'm going to see the sort of president this country so desperately needs, at least in my lifetime.I personally found him charismatic AF but get why others didn't. Newt and McCain had the same problem but from more of an ugly ******* non-charismatic stance. I'd vote for any of those three. All are extremely competent. Rudy Giuliani was probably the only candidate in the last two cycles who could come close to matching Mitt on intelligence and ethics though. Too bad both ran at the wrong time.
I'm still convinced Mitt ran last go round as a favor to the party. Absolute trash of a field and no chance of R winning. He took one for the team.

The fact that people here are actually posting as if he has a chance goes to show just how dumb some people are.

at least you don't have compulsory voting like we do .. all the brain dead voters who have no idea who or what they're voting for are just voting to avoid being fined
Who do you guys think is the most Pro-Constitution candidate? That will be who I go for.
I'd say Rand Paul, he yells about it the most.

I think I would agree, he does bring it up at least. It's silly how the foundation this country was built on doesn't come to scene more often...
Gingrich is a badass.
I think you both mean the most Constitutionalist candidate, not most pro-constitution.
Constitutionalists like Rand Paul don't give a damn about the actual constitution, only the portions/rulings they agree with (see the complaints about the supreme court for example).
The media circus surrounding Donald Trump kinda reminds me of how people used to mock the idea of Arnold Schwarzenegger as a candidate for Governor of Calif.
But in the context of this question and this field of candidates am I wrong? If someone is only 35% pro constitution and everyone else is 25% pro constitution than that 35% guy, as poor at it as he may be, is still the most pro constitution. Even though he still doesn't really care about it.
If not Rand than who?
