No idea but I wish he would communicate his intentions directly with management if he hasn't already. If this is him wishing to be done but not getting his wish (likely not) then management deserves what comes after.

Poor LoPo. It sucks for fans who still love and trust Mitchell to have him play with their feelings like that, even if he didn't mean what it seems like he means. At the very least it shows full disregard for his fans' feelings. For me it's just mysterious how people are unable to see all the signs. He was asked freaking ONE MONTH AGO to give the mildest commitment to this team and he refused to do it. This is in addition to the way he's been holding this entire franchise hostage for the last 2 years and doing sleazy/snakey snitching for the media and creating narratives without actually standing behind them with his own name.

Oh well... whether now or next year(or in the absolutely worst case scenario - when he hits FA) IMO it's extremely likely he will be gone.
