I think Don would be very embarrassed and angry at being only one of two NBA players so far with it

I can understand his anger at Rudy ... I dunno how the Jazz move ahead with this

I agree. I understand his frustration and honestly, I respect that he has not publicly come after Rudy over it. His Instagram post was more of an educational message of being careful yet Gobert fanboys want to act like Donovan is throwing Rudy shade in a bad way.

Anger at Rudy of what?
Ok Rudy make mistakes by being careless but he is not the only player who did that I'm sure. And who knows if it's not Donovan who gives that to Rudy?
Hope none of them are angry. They should support each other.

According to Woj , most of Rudy’s team mates are angry at him , not just Donovan ... who is apparently not speaking to him ..

Now this can all be seen as a media beat up , but I can’t see Woj the type just to make this up for a story ... He comes across as always checking every source ... and it seems the jazz had a leak of information from a player or staff member .

The media is helping push this narrative. On all things considered on NPR they had a segment where they all but said that Rudy caused the season to be suspended by singlehandedly spreading the virus, mentioning the press conference of course.

What does Donovan's agent or Donovan or his camp have to gain with communications like this? Makes no sense. Unless they are worried about a diagnosis affecting the brand so they feel they have to push the blame on someone else. Donovan is about the most social guy on the entire team and there is a good possibility that he and Rudy were infected entirely independent of each other. So his diagnosis coming so close on the heels of all the crap Gobert is getting for all this they felt like they needed to go straight into damage control mode, which includes throwing Rudy under the bus so he doesn't get dragged under with him. **** move but could be financially motivated I guess.

Donovan and his teammates play for their livelihood and for their family and friends. Rudy was sick. That was known in the lockerroom, to the media, everywhere. If teammates in the lockerroom asked Rudy to stop touching their stuff and he did it anyway, do you blame them for getting pissed when they get diagnosed with this illness?

Some of you are so blinded by hatred of Donovan or love of Rudy or just by pure ignorance. Donovan hasn't directly chastised Rudy. Donovan hasn't done anything wrong.
