IDK, unprotected's from a terrible team are more valuable than very inefficient borderline all stars that very likely will never lead you to anything other than a 2nd round loss every year.

I love Mitchell, I love Gobert. Time heals all wounds. Why trade Mitchell I just don’t get it. That’s a dumb move by any team.
I think there’s a feeling (plane outward posting of the sharks in other markets) that Donovan doesn’t want to be here. Now whether that’s true or not only Donovan knows.

The Jazz should hire Deron Williams to be Mitchell's mentor or something or at least give his perspective of Utah. Doesn't DWill love Utah?

Anyone saying trade him or he's gone is 100% talking out of their *** as if they know the guy.
I follow Deron on IG, he actually just got here for the summer on his IG story, was u loading his car in Park City area a couple days ago. As for mentor, like Donovan is not naive enough to not understand the complexities here. He knowes there’s love, but I think he has been hurt/frustrated/upset by the negative stuff he’s seen. It’s unfortunate, because it is a minority and it is everywhere but that’s not an excuse either. Idk it sucks, unfortunately some people suck.

If the Jazz have to trade Don because of this or he wants to leave soon, the damage will be long lasting to the franchise in general.

If the Jazz trade Mitchell because he's speaking up against racism and racists or because racists make social media comments to him I'm gonna have a hard time being a Jazz fan. You’re misreading what I’m saying, if this has hurt him enough that he isn’t willing to play here anymore and asks to be traded because of it, the damage will be long long lasting. Obviously that’s not near as important as the actual conversation that’s just going to be the case if it happens. The Jazz love Donovan, support him, and want him here and have been fully supportive of he and the rest of the players speaking out and using their accounts to do it as well. But if he is hurt enough he doesn’t want to be here it’s going to devastate the franchise for a long time.
