No. The TPE covers Jefferson. I don't have the numbers in front of me, but they could probably put Koufos right on top. Or, they could do it as a second deal whereby Minny absorbs Koufos with their Cap Space, we GET a TPE for Koufos, and a future second.

Koufos to back up Milicic. Go Minny. KOC probably had to plead the Wolves to take Koufos.

This should also banish the misconception that a TPE trade can't involve other players. As long as Jefferson fit in the TPE, it was fine to include others as long as other trade rules were met (Minny had cap space, and even if they didn't, they were taking in less salary).
