You don't need toughness/nastiness... those are the easiest attributes to find. Who cares how nasty a player is if he doesn't have the skill to stay on the floor. You can get toughness in FA and get it cheap. Dahntay Jones would be available in the summer.

Search for combination of physical attributes, athleticism and skill. Develop the guy! Profit.
