Can u brew ciders? Id buy a batch of apple snyders. I just took a trip a to Bend. Soo many good beers and liquors. Apparently its the fresh agua out there. Just thought id share.
I haven't. I have made an apfelwein. It's different than a cider. Translated it's an Apple Wine.
Really don't know what goes into making a cider, but I've vowed long ago to never make a fruit beer. I tasted several fruit beers today at the Beehive Brew Off judging and I still feel the same about them, even though the ones I tasted were supposedly good.
