I don't think Pelicans will waive Favors but if they did....

The rules say you can't acquire a player in the same season.

An NBA season starts July 1.

Favors was traded June 30.

From the NBA CBA FAQ:

A team cannot reacquire a player it traded away during the same season (a season for this purpose being defined as starting on the first day of the regular season and ending on the last day of the Finals). If the player was traded between seasons (i.e., from the first day after the Finals to the last day prior to the start of the next regular season), it cannot reacquire the player prior to the end of the next season.

That’s the date we came to an agreement. The date we actually traded him was July 7.

Bradley will be an upgrade offensively but will be a downgrade in defense and rebounding.

I don't think we have a big enough sample size to say what Bradley will or won't be.

Anyone seen a clip of Ed getting hurt?

Listening to the game they didn't mention anything significant. They only said Davis was not on the bench and Bradley might play.

According to a dessert news article it happened at 2:14 in the third quarter. But I'm wondering if it initially happened in the first half because I'm not seeing anything. Davis came in at something like 3:20 in the third and went out during a stoppage at 2:14.

I didn't see anything during that time but it does kind of look like he might have been favoring a leg slightly during that whole one minute stint. Or maybe I'm imagining it. Regardless, they didn't show him getting hurt before he went out.

Pretty unbelievable that Kenneth Faried isn’t on a roster. He made such a strong impact with Houston last season filling in for injured Capela and averaging 12 and 8. Definitely wouldn’t be mad if Utah signed him.

Davis wasn’t any good this year for us and he ain’t coming back for 2 months and then burn off rust time to play way better than he had before injury uh yeah. We needed an answer for Davis. Hope it’s Bradley but we can’t wait for Ed We need production at that spot pronto

Davis has been doing basically exactly what he was brought here to do; be the league's premier garbage man/backup 5.

If Bradley lands on his face then it's probably Green. Trades aren't happening for a few months if at all.
