Interesting league settings. You'd get a kick out of no roster move restrictions. I'd want to scale that back, even though that is how I won my H2H last year.

Going all out on the cat's, too. Unique enough to hold my interest. Does affect draft strategy quite a bit.

Given the settings, more games played isn't necessarily a good thing. Lots of negative categories.

Set the rules in advance and don't change them partway through.

How is that changing the rules? The rule from the beginning is no spamming roster changes, and I trust people to follow that.

If I have to enforce the rule, I will.

Set a max roster move number in advance rather than setting one after someone has violated an unstated max number later on. It will save you a lot of headaches and people being mad.

This was a huge deal in the main jazzfanz league last year.

Kicky's right LW. Your "rule" is too vague. Be clear on what can and can't be done.
