If you're 24, your shot isn't terribly sound (but get good results), you've displayed close to 0 playmaking ability of any significance, your hops are average to below average, and every NBA team passed you over in a weak draft, they're all pretty good indications that you're not going to get much better. If Matthew's suddenly becomes Kevin Martin with D, I'll be quiet, but I don't see it happening.No hope at all for him getting any better? Really? Rookies hit their peak during their 1st year?
