If someone already made this comparison and posted this I apologize. I have been thinking about this for awhile but been too lazy to post it and didn't want to start a thread for it and this thread is a good example of what I'm talking about (even if the OP was being somewhat sarcastic).
What would the Jazzfanz be doing if we were in IND shoes.
People here are pining for and would go bat **** crazy if Frank Vogel (myself included) is the next Jazz HC. But how much would he be getting killed for the collapse right now. Playing Hibbert too much, not adjusting to small ball, not taking advantage of Hibberts size, how George Hill has been playing poorly, how they finished the season in such a huge tail spin and epic collapse, Paul George's regression in the final month or so of the season, not being able to keep the team together and a winning team at that, losing control of the locker room, players seemingly quitting on him. I could go on but I think you get my point.
Then there would be another faction that back the coach but would blame one or more of the players.
First would likely be Hibbert (which is hard for me to think of anything to defend him), saying he's out of shape and mentally weak, others saying he's needs to want the ball to get going, yet others would say he should focus on the defensive so the offense can just come to him.
Paul George - Who actually got max money and now can't handle the contract, or got max money and is not worth the contract, he's trying to hard to live up to the contract and let it effect his offense that has now carried over to his D, he was given his contract on potential and obviously can't fill that potential, etc...
The GM - He shouldn't have made the trade and gotten rid of Danny Granger it messed with good chemistry and that's when the losing streak started, he should have made more trades to help for the final push, he should've gotten more for Granger, he should'nt have Traded for Evan Turner he's the reason the chemistry got ruined, etc...
Man this seemed a lot shorter in my head and I've only done half of it.
