gonna be our final's mvp in 5~10 years
he'll probably be off to another team by then.
Wiggins will probably win the rookie of the year. He'll keep improving through the season. Although, Exums got a shot now if things go his way.
That'd be awesome. Have we ever had a player win the ROY award?
Yeah. 2014 was a draft worth tanking for, and only two are left standing. I for one am happy with how they're bringing him along. I think that the limited minutes will help to keep him healthy over the course of the full season. The earliest that I expect them to really move his minutes up, or insert him into the starting unit is late this season or early next season. I for one would like to see him EARN his job like Gobert has. Make him play hungry and give him time to build his body and get acclimated to the size and speed of the game.
Did Gobert twist Favors ankle?
Great response, but clearly Gobert is playing better than most expected him to this year AND he's proving that he should be out there more than he was to start the season. The guy has worked hard to EARN minutes and is making the most of it.
My point was that I want Exum to push himself to the point that his production makes it impossible to keep him out of the lineup. After the past week, I'm pretty sure that everyone expects a bigger role for Rudy moving forward - even after Favors comes back.
Maybe his increased role is less minutes based and more situational (i.e. Starting games, finishing games and/or playing with Favors.) Whatever the case is, he's not going to stay in the background any longer. Rudy Gobert is going to be a force to be reckoned with.I think Rudy will go back to his usual minutes once Favors gets back. Kanter has also been playing great and Booker still provides us stuff the other 3 can't..Hopefully we see more Favors/Gobert lineup experiments.
