I need a cold cut and I want to stay w/ sandwiches I know and grew up with...

THE MUFFALETTA

Breakdown:
3 meats: Ham, Salami, and Mortadella
2 Cheeses: Provolone and Mozzarella
Bread: Muffaletta loaf, a circular bread similar to french bread w/ sesame seeds

The key ingredient though is the olive salad found in the sandwich.

Tough choice here. Couldn't decide between chicken salad sandwich, pastrami burger, western bacon cheeseburger, or black and Bleu burger.....
Black and Bleu it is

Some like theirs with tomato, mushrooms, onions and even pineapple.

I like mine simple. Burger, bacon, Bleu cheese, lettuce.
My favorite one is found at a west valley dive called copper creek pub.
