No it's not. You dont get to have everything possibly served between a piece of french bread, you have to pick something. Either choose a specific poboy, pick an entirely different sandwich, or leave the draft.

Nice toasted buns, big thick strips of bacon, onions, tomatoes, the condiment of your choosing (mine is always creole mustard), crispy lettuce, and of course the big thick juicy slab of meat in the middle grilled to perfection.
