Not sure it's that simple. Collier isn't a half court playmaker at all.
I don't love Nurk sometimes holding the ball and stopping the offense, but his vision is on another level when things get stagnant. We need that as well.
Collier is probably never going to be a good perimeter shooter, but those little midrange jumpers and push shots have been going in lately. That's often enough to give him the scoring impact/threat he needs. He's trending in the right direction.
