A real estate developer in Louisville, KY created a ton of controversy when he purchased a street and buildings in downtown (bad area) to create "4th Street Live."

A more upper end place to go clubbing, eating, shopping, etc.. VERY cool. He knew in order to be successful he would need to change the image (and reality) of the immediate area. The controversy came from him prohibiting entry from anyone with sagging pants, 'colors' (gang), baseball caps, etc... He was called a racist and everything else imaginable... but it worked. Within a few short years, people from the burbs felt safe to go downtown and find an awesome experience.

I simply applauded his courage to do things his way, in the face of adversity.
 
I agree with this - it's only for the boardwalk area, so it's not like it's city-wide.

If you don't want the fine - just don't go walkin' round there with your pants' hangin'
 
How can having you *** hanging out of your jeans be a style for 20 ****ing years? That **** was in style when I was in HS. Come up with something new kids. Seriously. Or are kids these days so entitled they expect us to come up with new styles for them?
 
I'd love to throw these little punks in the can for hanging there jeans below their cheeks and wearing short shirts. No one wants to look at their *** and I shouldn't have to. Call me prude..

i was wearing large shirt with sagging pants.
so that my *** was safely out of sight.
but still chicks en gay dudes would lift up my shirt to take a peek at that delicious mASSterpiece

If only it were just kids. Unfortunately from what I've seen, the mid/late 20's, 30's and 40 year olds still have their fair share of saggers.

Loose fitting pants hanging low on the hips is one thing, imo. Having the back of your pants below your entire *** cheek is something else.
 
Do people still sag their pants? I mean, I do sometimes but that's only because I have no *** and its hard to avoid. Even with a belt. -_-
 
Wildwood has been a fairly successful white, working class vacation spot for some time. I think after Hurricane Sandy some of these areas fear they're going to get a bad rep and end up being ****holes like Asbury Park is now.
 
Is CJ in chemo? Usually ten minutes into a thread with some hopper monotone, we'd be expecting a "caught with their pants on the ground" quote by now from yours truly.
 
I think wearing saggy pants is idotic and wonder how many of them really know that it started in prision as a way to show that you were available for some man loving.

Having said that I do not think it should be a finnable offense. I can however see places establishing a dress code that bans it.
