Following potential 2014 draftees

Marcus smart doing his thing. I think you have to be crazy to grab Exum over him. My top 8 are shaping up like this:

1-Parker
2-emblid
3-wiggins
4-smart
5-vonleh
6- Exum
7-Randal
8-Gordon

We should end up with one of these guys.

Edit- jazz big board. I think I still like emblid number one as far as potential and talent go. Just think the jazz would draft Parker over him.

I like your board minus Exum. Unless the NCAA dudes step up in the tournament.

So has Warren improved his play significantly or is it just that NC State is basically Warren vs 5 every game?

Warren is underrated imo. 13 straight 20 point games, hes scored 20+ in 25/29 games this year

now averaging 24 and 7 on the season (in 35mpg) last year he was 12 and 4 in 27mpg, id say thats significant improvement..

Vs Cuse he clearly outplayed CJ Fair and Jerami Grant, they needed help from the refs to stop him watch this would be game changing bucket get taken off the board @1:15..

Keep an eye out for Senior PG Kendall Williams from New Mexico in the 2nd round

6'4" 180lbs, hes got great speed and very good hops (capable of fancy in-game dunks), is shooting 41% from 3 on 4.6 attempts per and gets to the freethrow line at an astounding rate
Williams is the reigning Mountain West Player of the Year, and is the all time assist leader in MWC history

heres highlights of a game from last season where he scored 46 points on 16 FGA's

I think Warren is a tad underrated. No one is doubting him as an elite college player, but what's his position in the NBA? He's got that SF body, but lacks the handles or the 3 pt shot (shoots 30%), so is he a PF at 6'8"?

McDermott kind falls into the same category, except he can hit the 3, which makes him more of a late lottery talent.

@TreyBurke3
Nik Stauskas is a NBA player now!

Do you think Trey would actually pass to him?

Whoever we draft, we should make sure Trey will pass to them. Right now he is leading the team in FGA's ... though he's only shooting 37%...

Warren needs to work on his shooting and extend his range, but the potential is there. A college forward may not be asked to shoot from range in the NCAAs. A guy like Jared Dudley was able to develop range, so you'd think TJ could do it too.

Michael Frazier has 11 3's so far. Pretty damn impressive.

I know I'm quoting myself, but if this dude leaves after this year, I would take him with a 2nd rounder.

I doubt he'll leave, so it should be interesting to see if he can become more than a '3 and D' type of player in the next year or two.

I like James young. I think he is more then we have seen at UK. he will be a better pro when spaing becomes more important.
