I'm still trying to find a College basketball subscription which allows me to watch HD streams and VODs online, in case it's night time...The upcoming NBA season doesn't appeal too much to me. Fav teams nearly all suck or are stuck. I think I'll be more interested once the trade deadline is passed and the playoffs get closer...

I'll watch it when I have to, begrudgingly... yikes at the lag and ****ty quality.
The VOD part is especially interesting for me due to timezones. The piracy streams aren't really too entertaining if they aren't good quality without extended lagspikes. And I haven't found that for college games. This march CBS offered free HD broadcasts for couple games. These were entertaining and I liked the commentary better than most of the NBA broadcasts. With the huge depth in young talent I'm basically into some good fierce matchups of athletic, fast playing schools and following the more interesting games of the top talent the next day if games start too late.
I really hope there's some web offer since the German rights are in jeopardy right now and are connected with major cable TV subscriptions of €30 per month or something like that.
I'm more intersted in season packages around 100-150 depending on how many games are included. But I have a couple months left to find an opportunity to watch these games.
