I am a little different on my opinions of players...
first I have a background in psychology so I look at what the players says and how they act while on the court. I have specific things I look for, not going into details now.
second I have coached youth basketball for 20 years and watch foot work, form, dribbling and coachability among many other things. (this will be the first year that I will not be involved in coaching it has been to hard because it was my sons and mine [cant get the phrase right] thing)
3rd I read and listen to those that know. (pkm is one of them. I know first hand he knows what he is talking about)
I have a few more but I don't ever promote anyone blindly.

on scouting
I wasn't trying to call anyone out on Exum and have the highest respect for pros giving their assesments. WTS, scouting is an inexact science as it gets -- way too many variables. Exhibit A: KOC. Many Don t know he made it up to gm as a scout. I'm not taking anything from the guy, great gm. But his drafting shows why the pros have such a hard job to do. Projecting human growth is as speculative as it gets.
And so I give my projection that Exum sucks CJ's rap. He will never be the player even Chuck was.
