Following potential 2014 draftees

I don't wanna go thru all these pages of posts, but does anyone else think that the Iowa guard Roy Marble would be an interesting prospect in the NBA? I've watched a few of his games that are on ESPN while I eat lunch at work and the dude can get red hot from 3 and is playing pretty well. Averaging 16 points a game right now. Anyone hear anything on how he would do in the NBA?

He's certainly not the best shooter, or the easiest player to watch...but the dude can ball.

I was pimping smart last year when he was still ranked in the 20's.

Id be pretty happy with the pick cuz I think he is good, but he doesn't really fit. We already have Burke. We need to get Parker or Wiggins bad. Or we will end up drafting a redundant player and we will probably be making changes.

I remember you being the first to really pimp him.

I agree we need Parker or Wiggins. But this franchise has proved they aren't willing to do what it takes to get a bottom 3 record (sitting players with suspicious injuries etc). We'll need some serious lottery lock.

I can also see the Jazz dangling Kanter in an attempt to move up and get Parker, which would be bawse, but idk if it's enough.

6th + Kanter + GS pick + GS 2017 pick for 3rd pick? Idk if that gets it done. The top 3 are potential franchise players.

I think that's the kind of trade DL has been stockpiling assets for doe
 
^^ quantity rarely gets it done, that might though. At the same time it is retarded to think they could save all those assets by losing just a few more games this year.
 
If we get the 7th pick, I could also see us packaging Kanter with our pick (and maybe the GS pick, if need be) to move up to 5 and get Randle.

Randle is a more natural PF and would probably be a better fit next to Favors.
