He confirmed that he's being checked by doctors again, but didn't comfirm injury or fracture afaik.
Also if Arn Tellem has another client who is projected in the 9-14 range and that client is getting a promise from Cleveland to be taken if they get the #10, then he might cooperate.
I guess it's real that something irregular came up in the medical documents. I don't think that this just was noticed 1 week after Embiid was in Portland. Getting leaked now it seems fishy.

Embiid had his physical and workout on the 11th and 12th in Cleveland.
There were conflicting reports about his medical examination back then.
Do foot specialists really need to look at his MRIs and X-Rays for a whole week to find a stress fracture?

Looking over the dx legal representation list, I see Jabari Parker being represented by Arn Tellem.
So Cleveland had incentive to keep quiet until they had gotten Jabari in for a physical and workout.
The reports that they "traded" medical reports of Parker for Embiid's with Milwaukee makes sense.
