Following potential 2015 draftees

Every single inside track I have is heavily suggesting Oregon.
I'm not certain either school is his best choice, tbh. He wants to showcase his PG ability and he's got heavy competition at both schools (particularly UK).

Cal selling him on playing heavy minutes in a 3-guard line up of "positionless" offense. But it's a tough sell, imo.

Yeah figured that would happen.

I'm high on Mychal Mulder, so I'm not really all that worried about it. Rawle Alkins is a better guard to use in a 3 guard lineup honestly. all that firepower would've worked vs LSU though, firmly believe that - Murray vs Quarterman and Briscoe vs Blakeney makes sense.

My same thoughts. Cousins is really, really good i just think gobert is a bit easier to please.
Also, what is the difference in their salaries? Like 13 million or something?

Why do you say that?

I presume the Jazz would be smitten over the idea of adding Porzingis to the front court. Same with D'Angelo in the backcourt, he's a massive upgrade over Trey, night and day. good enough to effect the offense right away, I firmly believe Russell could put up 15/4/4 for the 76ers. other than Cotton the Jazz rotation would be 6'5" and above.

I'm not saying Mario isn't the best fit for Utah, he could be the top wing on their board. I just don't think one could reasonably argue that the Jazz are a great fit for Mario, even though he's interchangeable with the wing's we have here, the minutes distribution is going to be just like Barca. He just seems kinda destined for Denver at this point. I wanted the Jazz to draft Mario in 2013.. with Burks, Hood and Hayward here, it just seems less and less likey the Jazz would move up for Mario.

How much would it cost us to get to 8? Would 12 + next years first and the 2017 gsw pick get us there? I just feel like this is the last time were going to sniff the top ten for awhile so it might be worth it to go all in.

And, yes, even though there is not a chance in hell I would do that (if the Jazz), it would definitely get the job done.
I agree with Dr. Jones. Whoever is at 8 would say yes and then scream like a little school girl because they just fleeced DL.

I like Russell but I think the cost for getting Russell vs the cost of getting Mario is not even close. Mario will come "cheaper".

I agree that there is more of a log jam at the wing but I think we'd see Mario pull and Exum and be in the starting line up by seasons end.

New question.

Which guys in this draft would you trade #12 plus GSW's '17?

Mine;
Towns
Okafor
