I would dance a jig if the jazz could get him in the 8-10 range8/8 on 3s for Hezonja last game, all of his points.

I just don't see how Towns fits in when we have such glaring needs in the backcourt.
How do you guys feel about Mudiay? I haven't seen people write much about him. I read somewhere people saying he proved he can play when he went to China and averaged 18/6/6, but is that statline really that impressive? John Lucas III averages 27/7/5 on better %s in the same league. I haven't seen a single full game of his so all I go by is his statlines and some highlight vids on youtube... What do you guys think? Do you think of him as a top 5 prospect? His highlight clips seem really impressive with his body control when going to the rim, he also seem to be a good passer, but the thing with highlights videos is... they don't really show you the weaknesses.

Ehh, it looked like the team he was playing were complete scrubs.
Which completely changes the fact that he was shooting pure bombs from 27+ feet....
When Klay went off a week ago, a lot of his looks were completely unguarded.
Mario can shoot. That was an impressive performance.
Honestly think that Hezonja is going to be a star someday. He has the physical ability, can shoot and has the mentality of an Alpha scorer. His attitude has been questioned in the past, but I see him as a Kobe, MJ, Barkley type of guy who is supremely confident in himself and arrogant about it (sometimes to a fault.) Still don't think that's necessarily a bad thing. Love the idea of a potential Exum, Hezonja, Hayward, Favors and Gobert starting lineup 2 or 3 years from now.
It does change it though. Playing teams that put no pressure on you defensively makes it a lot easier to shoot. He was putting up shots with a 50 point lead, meaning he had no defensive or mental pressure. It was basically like shooting warmups. Not saying it wasn't impressive, but I'm guessing the team they were playing wasn't even close to their level of talent.
No doubt, when Barcelona was up 40 or 50 points they took some looks they might not have in a tighter game, but they were still confident makes.
Well if Kanter leaves the Jazz will need a third big. I thing the Jazz should use some of their assets to get another first. I like several of the SG/SF in this draft so perhaps they can use Burke or Kanter to get another SG. Besides the Jazz have Burks coming back next year too.
I'm also fine with booker as our third big.Booker can be our 3rd big. His 3pt shot has shown more promise than Kanter's and it's also his 1st year shooting 3's. It's not like he is old either.
I'd be interested to know the reputation of the team they were playing.
Was it an unexpected extreme blowout or a team that isn't even close to their level, like the Warriors playing the Sixers or the Warriors playing a D-League team.

Emmm...Super Mario did them dirty
Hezonja for a white dude from europe has amazing athleticism if he has the right mentality and has no problem w/ SLC Hezonja/Gordon could be a nice wing duo.
He doesn't come over right away?
If we draft a euro I would even prefer that. Let our core develop and than bring them(+Neto) over on their rookie deals.
