He shoots best when well contended. His jab-step, step-back.. all of his shots are money when he's rising up over the defender with a hand in his face. I find myself yelling, "NOOOOOOOOOOO" when he shoots when totally open.
 
Devin is the right size for a SG. At this point he'd be 8 or 9 on my draft board. He might rise in the draft similar to Klay. I don't think he will be able to guard 3s in the NBA, but seems to be goid enough and have enough desire to get really good at that end. Think booker could be a rich mans JJ reddick. He's bigger and much more athletic. Seems like an exceptional kid too... Would fit in with the good guy culture we got going.

Good post. Though I have always been a JJ fan and those are bigger shoes to fill than the majority of Jazz Fans give credit for.

Fair point. I guess i just wish he was 6' 8" but then if he was 6'8" hed be a top 3 pick. I am really liking this kid. I also like the John Wall likes him best out of the KY kids.

If you could get a JJ clone with the 8th or 9th pick that is a winner. He took a couple years to figure things out. I think Booker is ahead of him on development especially on the defense end. I liked JJ until he became a Clipper and my disdain for all things Clippers took over... he'd look great in a Jazz uni though.
 
right now i am still hoping for Stanley Johnson to be available, then i am hoping for Hezonja. If neither are on the board i would be happy to take Booker.

Booker instantly makes Exum, Hayward and favors better. It would be more difficult to double in the post and teams would have to watch the drive and kick by exum.
