I'd put him top 5 defensively. (Ibaka, Duncan, Davis Favors, ?) and low teens offensively. Altogether, probably around 12
Anybody watching Kansas vs Oklahoma? Mykhailiuk looks exactly like Dante does for Utah - defers a lot, gets rid off the ball quickly, creates nothing, stays in the corner a lot - absolutely nothing like the aggression he's previously shown in U18 competitions. I think he has the exact same problem with the physicality of the game he's not yet used to and his body not being ready for it. It kind of makes me more hopeful for Dante.

I'm hoping Gobert can continue to develop offensively, with some running hook shots and post moves. The Jazz need to find multiple ways to score if they're going to contend. I doubt the Jazz draft someone unless they're confident he can score the ball.
I think Favors is a top-10 PF. Defensively he's top 5, and offensively he's coming along.
I'd rather have Favors than Pau Gasol at this point.

One reason why I think it's unlikely the Jazz will draft Winslow...

I think if the Jazz can't wiggle their way up to the top 5 or 6 picks in this draft, they're likely to take a stretch big.
I think they'll go for one of Turner, Kaminsky, Looney, or Portis.
Unless they really think Oubre/Johnson/Winslow >> Hood.
The Jazz are invested in Burks to play big minutes at SG and Hayward at SF and I'm not sure if Winslow or Johnson are good enough to make the Jazz take them.
The other wildcard is Booker as a combo-guard, but I'm not sure they'd pass on an upside talent like Turner for Booker.

The problem is that we need a depth for both SF and SG positions, unless we want to play Jingles 15-18 minutes a game in a season when we will be pursuing playoffs... I think we address wing depth either through FA/trade or through the draft. I am still not 100% sold on Burks being a full-time solution at SG.
I think between Burks, Hayward and Hood, they are good at the SG position. I think Hayward has become a good option at SF, but don't know that Hood or Burks is strong enough to defend at SF. I would love for the Jazz to get Johnson through the draft, but they would have to trade up to get him. I'd rather the Jazz find a way to move up and get their choice at SF at 6 then wait at 12 and get whats left, or possibly be left with no SF/SG on the board. Don't know what they could give up other than a later pick (2016 first?) to move up though.
They've got Burks and Hood along with Hayward, plus Dante can play spot minutes at the 2. They can also pursue a FA.
I think they'll look at this draft as an opportunity to grab talent that can't be gotten any other way. Turner, Porzingis, Portis and maybe Looney qualify as such.
Not sure when he'll go pro... but one guy that I really like that is not currently very high on the draft projections is Malcolm Brogdon from Virginia. He's got good size for a 2 guard, plays D, plays smart, and is a winner. I like his mid range game too. Just someone to keep an eye on as a potential 2nd round pick.

Some updates on my observations with stats...Just checked some stats of Mykhailiuk(small sample size alert). His FTA/40 is 0.9, which is even lower than what Dante has recorded so far... Also... he shoots 62% of his shots from 3, which is the exact same number of shots that Dante takes from 3. It's going to be interesting to see if this is indeed a real thing and if in future such lack of aggression from really raw prospects, who have never played against such level of physicality would be viewed as something normal...
