Yeah, not to be hyper critical but he looks slow, soft and sort of heavy to me. That's to be expected if you're 40 years old but for a kid to look like that worries me from the sense that that player will always be sketchy on the defensive end.

Let's also be mindful that he's 7'. He's not supposed to be as agile as a SF.. his upside is ridiculous.. we'll see if he puts in the time and has the 'tude.

(btw, my only concern is he needs to develop more killer.. he fancies himself a bit too finesse for my liking.

Totally fair sentiments and I totally agree that developing skill takes years and years while getting into great shape can take maybe a fifth of that time. That said, if someone doesn't know how to use athleticism at a young age, I think they can't just teach themselves to be athletic. If that makes sense.

If they had money, a personal trainer may have made some sense tbh.

Yes. Gobert is a near perfect match. Towns will be an offensive beast with average defense (if he's playing the 4).

Looks to be another loaded draft at the top 1-4 hopefully we can get in there and grab Towns. (Our duncan and Exum as our Parker if we're using the Spurs as our model???)
