Following potential 2015 draftees

Just noticed Myles Turner's assists and steals are really poor, and his rebounding is mediocre given his role and minutes. Not encouraging.

Uhh, 6.5 rebounds per 22 minutes is bad?

On the defensive side of the court, however, Turner continued to make a strong impact on a Texas team that ranked in the top-20 in the nation defensively, with his 9.4 defensive rebounds per 40 minutes (4th among DX Top-100 prospects) and 4.7 blocks per 40 minutes (3rd) both ranking very favorably in this draft class.

was just looking at this draft and I think no-sactown is the perfect trade partner.

6. Sacramento Kings

Pelton: After the Kings finished 28th in defensive rating following coach George Karl's arrival at the All-Star break, I identified defensive commitment as the team's biggest need. You could include better defenders, too. DeMarcus Cousins made strides defensively this past season and Ben McLemore has shown some defensive presence on the wing, but it's hard to find other above-average defenders on the roster.

Ford: To me there is a clear choice for the Kings if they get the No. 1 pick: Karl-Anthony Towns. Pair him with Cousins and you have a monstrous front line. And Towns' ability to protect the rim would be huge for them. There's another no-brainer if the Kings get the No. 2 or No. 3 pick: Emmanuel Mudiay. He brings athleticism, size, toughness and fits a clear need as a long-term point guard. They blew it last year when they passed on Elfrid Payton. I doubt they'd blow it again. And I believe there is a clear pick for them at No. 6: Willie Cauley-Stein. If defense is the priority, he's the best defender in the draft and should be a terrific fit next to Cousins. Their draft board, assuming they don't make major trades, is one of the clearest for me.

Pelton: I'm a little more skeptical of how Cauley-Stein fits with Cousins. Cousins gets as many post-up touches as anyone in the league, and defenses would be able to play off Cauley-Stein to give help. I think Porzingis and Turner make sense here, too.

I think WCS is a great fit for a rebuilding defenseless kings team. Not the best fit next to cousins but there is a good chance that WCS or turner will be there for the kings at 12 if they make a trade with the Jazz. Include Burke and swap picks maybe a lotto protected first or 2 or 3 seconds.

Nuggets - dont need wcs (better options available)
Detroit - nope they have drummond they need a 3 or a 4 and there are some good one still there
Hornets - need shooting desperately.
miami - no with whiteside emerging
pacers - no with Hibbert and they need some one to stretch the floor
#12 - wcs should still be on the board

no-sactown get a PG a future pick and their guy would be a good day for them.

Jazz get their choice of either Hezonja, Winslow, Johnson or porzingis. (one will be gone to orlando at #5) my bet is porzingis

Hezonja is the missing peice to the Jazz puzzle. A dynamic scorer. Lets all hold hands and pray for this trade to happen.

on a side note we get rid of burke +++

he is listed as 200 lbs. That isn't a stretch 4, not by NBA standars.

Name 1 200 lb PF who isn't an athlete who has made it in the league.

According to wikipedia and some Greek sites he's listed at 225lbs. That's not exceptional, but his frame looks good and it looks like he can carry even more weight on it without much problem. He also does not look in great physical/athletic shape on some of the youtube vids, he actually looks like he probably carries more fat than ideal. I wonder if both his mobility and vertical athleticism can be improved by a P3-type of training camp. He's never going to be a great athlete, but with him the question is if he can be adequate enough to allow you to use his offense.

He looks like he would get absolutely crushed by any NBA player tbh. Would be much easier to hide as a 3 than 4.

Right now, yes... he gets abused by Greek league competition in defense right now, so NBA players would probably have a field day with him. You really think it's going to be easier to hide him on the wing? I don't think he can stand in front of any 3 in the league. Ingles would probably blow past him.

4's have to be responsible for rebounding, some rim protection, hedging on PNR, guarding post-ups etc. Yeah, I think it's much easier to hide a bad defensive wing.

He's a good/great rebounder and I think with some strength-training he can guard post-ups, but yah... you can't really expect much rim-protection from him.

good thing is QS doesn't hedge as aggressively as other teams.

It wouldn't surprise me if WCS fell in the draft. 12 would be a really far way to fall though. I could only see it happening if there were real concerns about his dedication to the game.
