Following potential 2015 draftees

He's quite horrible. I don't like him... He's shooting something like... 35% for the season. He's of the Dion Waiters/Brandon Jennings ilk of players that make me cringe every time I watch them - horrible decision making, no PG skills ...for a PG, horrible shot-selection. If we are going to be taking a flyer on a second round PG, I'd rather go with Dunn(if he falls that far)...
Trey?

I thought that E-X-U-M didn't spell bust but I'm starting to worry that I may have been wrong. Kid looks like he belongs in the WNBA.
This was from an article that came out today. I'm less and less worried about Exum.

"When we watched tape of Dante before the draft one of the questions that we had was can he defend at all? Because he didn’t. He just kind of hung out," Snyder says. "I’m not (surprised), having gotten to know him for two reasons. One: his frame, his length makes him unique. He’s different. It’s hard to measure that until you play against him. The other thing, I think Dante is trying to contribute any way he can. He’s figured it out."

Snyder is not overly concerned with Exum’s offense at this point, considering his age, talent and work ethic, as well as his team’s emerging identity.

"You can extrapolate when someone has an approach or the way they go about their craft, you can see that applied to other things," Snyder says. "It would be logical to think, ‘Hey if he goes about this the same way, it’s a matter of time before you see the same type of improvement.’ There’s only so many things you can improve on at once. This right now, frankly, is the priority for our team."

Not totally against drafting him, but we did just draft Hood for such purposes. I think with our Booker being a free agent after next season a good shooting big man should be highly considered. There may very well be one available when we draft and it should be said he is a very good inside player as well.
I'd take Booker over Hood.

Unpopular, I know.

After tonight's win + Hood's progression off the bench + Burks coming back next year, I'm squarely on the camp of drafting WCS as our 3rd/4th big.

We need a quality defensive big on a cheap contract if we're gonna contend, and WCS has that potential.
Off one game. Good to know.

I'm fine with this BUT only as plan B. We should go after Tomic hardcore. Pretty much its now or never attitude. Sell him on being apart of a Big 3 rotation with us,
and while not starting playing a big role. Why do I want Tomic so much? He's a vet, will up our talent level, is a team player, and is a GREAT insurance policy if Gobert or Favors have an injury.

If Tomic passes Im fine with taking a hard look at the FAs available and in the draft. The Tomic option makes us a serious player next year to actually win some playoff games imo.
So we have to shoot for the stars.
I heard somewhere that Quin loves him.
