Following potential 2015 draftees

Damn commies ..... He does seem like a pain in the *** so I'm sure they had good reason.

I think he is, but I was a pain in the *** when I was 20 and I wasn't even a famous basketball player. I think he's the right kind of pain... Seems to think he should be playing more. The guy is spectacular.

He is certainly a great player. Beautiful shot, good athleticism, a lot of Hayward in his D ... I'd love to have him.

Lots of NBA people came to see Mario Hezonja today, but after his interview about the Draft, Barcelona decided to keep him out of the roster

Bet the scouts were pissed. Does not really look like there are any other good nondrafted prospects on either team. Wonder if he keeps talking if the team may just released and he could come over to the US early and start working out.

Would you say hes a generational talent?

His agent would... Otherwise why would he be drafted so high?

Seriously though I just think he is really athletic and his jumper is pure and it goes in. If you can shoot like that on an nba spaced court then the first step becomes deadly. If he gets his mind right I think he could be as good or better than Klay. He's got just better physical tools.

Hezonja is exactly what the Jazz need--an athletic alpha scorer with an attitude. Plus he can play either wing position. If the Jazz want to go small, they can play Hayward some minutes at PF and spread the floor with Hezonja, Hood and Exum. Meanwhile everyone has the length to switch all over defensively. It's basically what Golden State is doing right now.

I didnt realize he was that type of shooter to be compared Klay Thompson. Is he really that wet from deep? You hear a lot of things leading up to draft time (dante will score at will, wiggins has no killer instinct) that turn out not to be true. I remember hezonja being compared to ginobili not too long ago. Is he dead eye? If so, im on board and believe hes a future all star.

Love all the Hezonja love, really think he should be our target in this draft. Would obviously prefer Russell (especially because he can play both guard positions & Burks appears to be in our long-term plans), but Hezonja could end up being just as good offensively & projects as the better defender due to his size, length, & athleticism. Also think his attitude is something that would greatly benefit this team & fit perfectly with Gobert's swagger & Hayward's/Favors' lead by example style of leadership. Demeanor is one of the few questions I have about Exum, & feel Hezonja could help compensate for that (so long as it is something that can be controlled- which I don't foresee being a problem due to his apparent desire to win, especially under the watch of QS & tutelage of GH, DF, & RG).

His skill-set/mindset is something that this team is lacking, I just hope the FO decides to be proactive in acquiring him rather than hoping he slips to wherever we end up drafting (which is always possible, but not something that we should count on). Because he should test & interview well at the combine, I would be surprised if he dropped past #10 & could even see him going as high as #5 (although that is likely his best case scenario). I would definitely trade an asset or 2 along with our pick for him.
